Mergic does not collect, store, or transmit any data. Period.
Mergic merges the contents of one folder on your Mac into another. All file operations happen entirely on your Mac. The app has no network capability: it makes no network connections, contains no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs.
Mergic runs in the macOS App Sandbox. It can only access folders you explicitly choose — by dragging them onto the app or selecting them in the open dialog. MD5 checksums computed during a merge are used only for in-memory comparison and are never stored or transmitted.
None. We do not collect personal information, usage data, file names, file contents, or anything else.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
